Quilted Clothing

Hawaii is a lovely place to live, and I can’t truthfully say I miss winter at all… but I do miss outerwear. It’s not cold enough here to justify filling my closet with hand-made quilted clothing. Fortunately, my parents live in Maine. When my mother asked me to make a quilted jacket for her I jumped at the chance, even though her choice of fabrics is so very, very, very “not me.” Good thing I like a creative challenge!
