Mini Quilts

“Mini” quilts are pieced, layered with a back and batting, quilted and finished like an ordinary quilt, and are no bigger than 24″x24″ in size. A lot of my smaller work gets made into quilted pillow covers.

A “word of the year” quilt, featuring lots of randomly pieced scrap fabric, ric-rac trim, and hand-drawn machine-appliqued letters. The “O” is in the shape of a pomegranate, and tiny leaves sprout from the other letters.
