Making this top has been a blast.

TTC-top

Now it needs quilting and some bead embellishment. Details and additional commentary are on my post over at the 15 Minutes Play group, which you can find here.

I’m off to my LQS for some metallic quilting thread and whatever else might catch my eye.

Read all your info on 15 min blog. Love how your piece turned out. I think if you just bind it in a dark fabric that will be all you will need.

Thanks, Debbie. The right dark edge could be the perfect touch. Unless I do a turned edge… saw something recently that would be nice with this. Options will be pondered during quilting.

I just love this. I think it is one of my favorites from the tea towel challenge. Beautiful job.

Thanks, Miki. It’s turned into more of a project than I’d had in mind, but so much fun to do. On to quilting…
