This fun block comes from Victoria at BumbleBeans. This is four of them, in Kona snow, a red batik, and some leftover Martha Negley leaves. These fabrics all happened to be laying around the studio (rather than neatly put away in the stash cabinet), and together they make what will be a lovely holiday pillow. So, I am officially caught up on making my oversized or composite versions of the BoM blocks, but way, way, way behind in turning them into finished pillow covers. I hope to have a few of those to show off someday soon…

Eye catching … never realized before (at least consciously) that using an oversized patterned fabric would bring so much movement to a static block … thanks for opening my eyes
